The Gray Man (2009) is the first novel in the series featuring Court Gentry, The Gray Man, by The New York Times bestselling American author Mark Greaney. Mark Greaney is an American novelist, best known as Tom Clancy's collaborator on his final books, and for continuing the Jack Ryan character and the Tom Clancy universe following Clancy's death, from 2013 to 2016. He is also known for the "Gray Man" series of novels.
