Grateful for Over 2,200 ActiveRain Followers

There are two proverbial questions in business that are often asked. 

• "What makes a great Leader?"
• "What is the meaning of life?"

Today, I address the topic of "Followers" as addressed by Roy Kelley who has over 2,200 ActiveRain Followers. Roy continually contributes to the education, motivation, and inspiration here on ActiveRain. He began blogging on this Social Media Platform on March 22, 2008. It was the beginning of the Mortgage Crisis. Short Sales and Foreclosures were on everyone's tongue and/or mind who was in the real estate business or they themselves were personally impacted with their own foreclosure. Those were trying times.

Roy wasted no time writing consistently on topics relevant to current affairs, such as real world issues:

• Taxes
• Residential Market Report
• Current Rules on FHA
• Short Sales
• What's In & What's Out in 2008?

In addition, he led with conviction that we were all in this together and he wrote for the greater good. Always and forever, he continues to write with a positive attitude writing about current affairs in the real estate industry stating facts not fiction. Whatever he writes, he studies. He has seamlessly developed leaders and future Ambassadors here on ActiveRain as he continued to solicit and encourage new followers.

Clearly, this man is "Grateful for Over 2,200 ActiveRain Followers." He has spent 11 years of his life contributing to ActiveRain in a way few leaders can, surviving even when many of the original pioneers resigned. Over the years, we can all think of the many leaders that have come and gone on ActiveRain. There are many styles of leadership, just as there are styles of followership.
