IS THIS A SIGN?

Is this a sign that you should be buying property in Flower Mound, TX? Multiple Offers and Low Inventory seems to be a thing of the past in Flower Mound. Right now there are 198 homes for sale in Flower Mound with 3 not counted yet because they are "Coming Soon." Of the 198 Active Listings, 38 are one story homes. The minimum Active listing is currently listed for $255,000.00. The maximum Active listing is $10,900,000.00. The average home on the market currently listed in Flower Mound is $549,900.00.

From January 1, 2020 until today, February 17, 2020, a total of 97 homes SOLD in Flower Mound. Of the 97 sold homes, 38 were one story homes. Out of the 97 total sold homes, the minimum home sold for $242,500.00, the maximum sold for $1,199,000.00, on average $458,292.00.

Curtis Van Carter - the honest truth is, I don't want to know! We do have the Flower Mound - it is a MOUND filled with wildflowers. No one will build on it because legend says it was an Indian burial ground. There is a cemetary on Flower Mound Road but I never visited it and I'm not interested in poking around. LOL!
