Want to buy a home virtually?
Buying a home virtually isn't a new thing. In fact, home video tours has been around for "awhile." Sharing pictures, videos, or even Facetiming, and signing docs electronically have been in the real estate world for some time now.
I have and still offer to send clients videos of homes all the time. I have sold homes to buyers sight-unseen. The difference was they were investors.
I have no problem with virtual stuff being part of the process, but my issue comes in with is it becomes the entire process. Is it just a convenience thing then? Is it really representing your clients best interest? Nothing will ever replace feet on the ground.
