Thursday Thoughts: Letting Go of the Oars!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

It has been an intense week designing a site with many to please, while remaining true to the original vision.  It is like driving on a mountain road with hairpin turns for miles on end, or navigating fast flowing rapids through giant boulders.

It has been a fun heady ride! We learned so much, and the site is beautiful.  We have a few more revisions and more content to add, before it is done.

And for the moment we can let go of the oars, just flow downstream and enjoy the ride!  Happy Thursday!

Michael Jacobs I really appreciate how well you understand what I was conveying in this post. The destination is set, now with additional media that the clients are supplying, we can be done and enjoy the ride.  A

Grant Schneider It has been years since I have driven that part of the Highway 1.  It had been closed for a couple of years due to damage that they were fixing.  A

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® Working with design is a wonderful experience, and it is a navigation between brand guidelines, tastes and messaging...when we had the first reveal yesterday, and all were delighted with a few tweaks in messaging and changing photos, it made the experience even better.  The next three steps will be a swift ride downstream as the tone has been determined and set.  A

Love the photo - I can picture myself there....

It sounds like your recent project has been challenging, interesting, and satisfying, all at the same time. It'll be time to celebrate its completion soon!

Good morning, Ron and Alexandra Seigel it's important that everyone experience that period of letting go of the oars; flowing downstream and enjoying the ride.....

I couldn't decide if you were referring to a job site (development deal) or a website until the very end LOL. I kept looking at the photo thinking "do they have a lot with this view?"

As a former kid who loved to row hi boat all over Lake Berryessa (Napa region) for about 15 summers, I love the expression "drop the oars".

Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor e-Pro, CRS, RCS-D, Vets for the 6 and a half years we lived in Napa, we went out to Lake Berryessa once and turned around.  It was winter.  We were working on an international website with many brands, each having their own brand guidelines.  We are also adding national brands to this site at the end of the year.  I saw it as river rafting, which we both love...

Well, the lake was definitely for Spring & Summer and boats and BBQ's . We spent lots of time their in the winter: cold and rainy most of that time.
