1. Scheduled direct mailings, action plans and seasonal mailings. Remember birthday's, holidays, anniversaries, this means so much!
2. Offer a Moving truck complimentary to clients and those who have referred me.
3. Personal notes or letters, followed up with a phone call every quarter or every few months
4. Free notary service.
5. Holiday baskets for clients or referral sources from the past 12 months.
6. January: Annual one-page market analysis summary on their home.
7. Contractor referral source. "Need a painter or plumber?" Send list twice a year, encourage clients to go to pre set up web site with this info, www.shopunderoneroof.com.
8. Smoke detector batteries. Send two or three annually. "Because I care about you and your family." Hardwired? Ask them to give the batteries to friends who can use them.
9. Watch for baby announcements, christenings, etc, send note.
10. Mail gift certificate to a local restaurant a few times a year.
11. Buy sports or concert tickets. Call past clients a few days before the event. Keep calling until someone can use them. Start with next name next time.
12. Offer one cleaning service to new buyer
13. Give a gift certificate for a interior decorating consultation

I love it when someone calls and says, I was with a "past client of yours.........and they recommend you highly" - that is worth it!!
