SALES STRATEGIES

No matter where you end up in Fourth Quarter, the key to starting off First Quarter Strong is to start planning NOW!!! When one chapter closes, another chapter begins. Making strategies work isn't just a plan, it's a process. Just like eating fruits and vegetables are good for you, so are exceptional attributes. What's in your pipeline? Are you prospecting? What changes need to take place to enhance your potential?

FALL

Fall isn't just a season of change. It's a time to let go, so that you can start fresh. There is a quote I learned long ago from an anonymous source. It goes like this:

The trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let the dead things go.

Now is the time to make real changes, remedies, and repairs. No matter what happens in Fourth Quarter, life isn't just about business. It's about family, friends, health, and safety. When even one member suffers, it creates a ripple effect and may impact many more than anyone knows. Fall is a great time to take care of home maintenance too. A fall (as in falling down) can cause an accident, disability, dismemberment, temporary or permanent damage. Things that can cause a fall which can be preventable may include the following:

  • Drips
  • Drugs
  • Debris
  • Darkness
  • Dampness
  • Damaged Goods
  • Damaged Decks
  • Damaged Stairs
  • Damaged Floors
  • Defective Ladders

FOURTH QUARTER

The season of fall is all about change. 2020 will be remembered as significant changes. For some, Fourth Quarter will be a great way for some Real Estate Agents to make it their best year ever. For many, it will be the year of many changes outside of their control. In the words of the Viktor E. Frankl:

"When we are no longer able to change a situation -

we are challenged to change ourselves."

What an interesting post, Patricia... and I loved the pumkin with the cat face! Of course, you knew I would. Meantime, how would I like to be remembered? Easy: as SENSATIONAL! Happy Saturday.

Very interesting quotes and words to think about.

Here, it is also Fall, but we got a very early surprise snowfall yesterday/last night. We've got close to a foot of fresh powerdery snow, which should be gone by the middle of the week (hopefully). Anyway, the snow is like a fresh slate, which fits with your message!

Enjoy your day!  Now, where's my shovel?

Good morning, Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP this has been a year of a multitude of changes.... extreme changes..... and we had no choice to do anything other than change how we live.... most adjusted but there are some who are not handling it well mentally, socially, emotionally or physically..... and we are now approaching a stretch of time that will hit us very hard.

Hello Patricia - upon initial glance, your first list makes me think of the word SUPERCALIFRAGISTICEXPEIALIGILIDOCIOUS(excuse my spelling if I am incorrect) because it is one that denotes a good feeling simply by saying it and that makes not only a good first impression but a lasting one  as well.  That's important in business.  And in life.
