Online teaching is very beneficial when we are in a hurry and need to learn one or two specific topics quickly. However, to obtain formal training, I believe that something is lost when students and teachers do not meet in person and also there is not interaction with the rest of the students.

Technology has changed the real estate market in the last decade, not only in “googlelization” but also in the proliferation of tons of online learning options. Something is definitely lost when students and teachers do not meet in a classroom, where questions, answers and opinions on different topics can be exchanged.

JM UNIVERSITY designed a 3-1 / 2 day (30 hour) commercial real estate program, the CCP. Due to the Pandemic, JM UNIVERSITY, developed the program ONLINE but live, with limited participants and results have been great.

I recommend that agents do a pre-evaluation of the online course-program, before they actually commit to it.
