An already tight market is about to get even tighter.
The answer is to talk to as many people as you can about their real estate plans this year. Add another hour to your planned lead gen time. Expect to have to talk to more people (maybe a lot more people) to get a listing.
The good news is - if you take a listing, you will likely sell a listing.
How long we will be in this environment? Unknown, but like swimming - if you stop you will drown - even if you're almost at the shore.
