Listings Are Tight
Feb. Pending Home Sales Drop 10.6% - There aren’t enough homes listed, marking the second monthly decline in a row.  This was a headline put out by NAR.
 
An already tight market is about to get even tighter. 
 
The answer is to talk to as many people as you can about their real estate plans this year.  Add another hour to your planned lead gen time.  Expect to have to talk to more people (maybe a lot more people) to get a listing.  
 
The good news is - if you take a listing, you will likely sell a listing.  
 
How long we will be in this environment?  Unknown, but like swimming - if you stop you will drown - even if you're almost at the shore. 
 
Keep swimming.  Now is not the time to rest. Make your calls, follow your scripts and build your summer business today. 
 
May will likely be slow - let's make sure June and July aren't as well.
