I posted this referral and I've received tons of feedback. I just wanted to say thanks for all the help. I'm still looking for the right place for her, and still retuning phone calls. If you've got the property, please drop me a line. This is the best group with the most helpfull members, I've found on line. I have a customer who is renting a home in foreclosure, She needs a 2 bed room rental under 1000 per month ASAP in Coral Springs. SHE HAS 2 KIDS no pets and only $1400 available to move in. She moved here a few months ago and spent all her money for 1st last and security on this place, the bank is going to take the property shortly, and she has no place to go. I tried to use it but I kept getting an error message, thanks for the tip. I love Davie, it's one of the nicer towns in So. Fla. I like the county setting, you don't see people on horses too often in other areas, but last week we were sitting on the back portch when 3 ladies on hourse back went walking through the easement between the house and the canal and my 14 month old got her first look at a real live horse, the rider was so nice she brought the horse up to us and let her pet it. That's not gonna happen in Miami.

Networking is great. As for the spelling, open an extra window and a search engine. Then you can enter words in the search box preceded by "define: refearal" and you can see the correct spelling. Google will suggest words that it thinks you mean.
