FOR KID'S SAKE, A SUCCESSFUL REALTOR® DOESN'T PLAY HOUSE
Your success depends on your ability to effectively communicate in any given situation. All real estate agents have a different degree of knowledge, training, and expertise. The frequency and experience to succeed in today's Seller's Market with low inventory, plus the challenge one faces in the current market makes all the difference when it comes to outcomes. The goal is to be successful and to treat your clients well.
Skills and confidence matters. It is important to be prepared and ready to meet the demands of the consumers (buyers, sellers, and/or investors). One person can't succeed without finesse and authenticity when it comes to respect and cooperation with their clients, colleagues, Escrow Officers from various Title Companies and/or real estate attorneys, and all people involved in the real estate industry.
The lack of effective communication is a major source of problems and failure. When it comes to other people's money and investments, a real professional doesn't fake it until they make it. A new agent to the business would best serve their friends and clients if they referred them out and still receive a referral fee. If a REALTOR® offers anything less, they risk losing their credibility and friendship. Projecting a positive image that accepts commitment is the responsibility of a successful REALTOR®. It is important to know that the only person you can control is yourself. Honesty matters. No one has control over what other people say and do. A razor-sharp agent with expertise has plenty of opportunities to draw from personal experiences and has the resources available when needed. REALTORS® who strive for the highest possible level of success are in great demand. If you are looking for someone in the DFW area of Texas, please don't hesitate to let me know.
