March 17th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 14

Mortgage backed securities up 34 basis points today at 98.81 having closed 467 points below the 200 day moving average. The conforming rate is at 3.625% today.  My jumbo pricing is now sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 3.755%. Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S., history tells us it is time to refinance!!
