Creative and a first.  Isn't it amazing the analogies we find in real estate.

We were out walking last year and I saw a part of a cactus that I like a lot laying on the ground.  I picked it up and planted it at my house.  It did grow.  I learned a very important lesson that day.  That little cactus paddle had all kinds of thorns that were so small I could not see them.  I was picking them out of may hands for a few days.  The contract can help protect you from so many big and little issues, much like the thorns protect the cactus.  You are so creative!

Living out here in the Desert, have come across many a cactus.  Most of the time, the Cacti wins.

Hi Wanda- another wonderfully illustrated analogy. Mother Nature is wiser than we ever could be. It wasn't a cactus, but I remember grabbing a sugar cane my grandmother brought home from the farmer's market. I had all sorts of prickly things in my hand.
