👨‍💼Buying Still Less Expensive Than Renting

Hi Brian... while I'm all about home ownership as a long term investment, it remains to be seen how these numbers work with the 3/4% increase in rates yesterday with more to come. 

Good morning Brian - that is for sure.  Rents have skyrocketed.  Pay your own mortgage, not the landlord's.

Brian, rent prices are skyrocketing around here too, so it is better to buy, if you can.

Possibly one of the issue for renters is the necessity of disposable funds required for buying a home outside of the downpayment. I have witnessed this several times when buyers are unaware of the funds needed for home inspection, closing costs, etc.

This is very good information to share with prospective home buyers.

Brian anyone who thinks home prices are going up to high has not looked at what rents have been doing.

Buying if you don't own a home still makes sense, and is less expensive than waiting. 

Brian England - the handwriting was on the wall for a long time about renting is more expensive than buying. I understand for some, rent is their only option but what a price they pay and for those who can afford to rent and want to rent, they are fewer in number and happy.
