I am a fan when it is done right Georgie Hunter R(S) 58089 but too many flippers are solely focused on their profit and they merely put lipstick on a pig, haha. Those flips are not worth purchasing in my opinion.

It definitely has slowed down Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS but I think it will always be needed since not everyone takes care of their home, thus they eventually need to be renovated to keep up with the market.

Brian England - As home prices continue to go up and investors are paying more, flipping may not be as profitable as it was before when they could pay pennies on the dollar. I talked to an Investor who I did lots of business for and was told she got socked heavily by the IRS. She decided not to flip anymore.
