Ting Park is the proud home of the Holly Springs Salamanders Baseball Team. This Holly Springs NC Outdoor Parks Program boasts a minor league team that is part of the Coastal Plain League, they play from late May to mid-August. Many families enjoy family tailgate picnics before games during the summer!

Ting Park was recently recognized as “one of the state’s premier sporting facilities,” according to Tennis Industry magazine. In addition to the Holly Springs NC Outdoor Park’s 12 tennis courts and the 1,800-seat baseball stadium, they have turf soccer fields, and basketball courts.

Good morning, Eleanor and Steve... although I've lived in Charlotte since 1998, I don't know much about Holly Springs... so enjoyed reading this post and learning a bit more about great places in NC.
