As Philemon says: It's the vibe of Christmas (not a Pontiac automobile). I admit that even with it being three weeks out I have caught the vibe and I like it. More than anything I love the reason for the season.

I especially love the music of Christmas. I encourage you to enter the name of your favorite Christmas song into YouTube and sample some of the various versions of your favorite song. That is how I found this one two years ago.

What an outstanding voice this lady has. This is a group whom I would never listen to had I not stumbled upon it by looking for Oh Holy Night. I did check out their other music and... no I'd never listen to it BUT this is a real gem.

FYI, I've been down with the flu a couple of days. Please say a little prayer that it passes soon. 😓

Hello Bob - the vibe of the holidays is definitely sensory.  The sounds of Christmas.  The sights too.  And the touch of these times is felt as well.  Maybe there's a bit (we can hope) of kindness that joins the other senses during this season and each day.

I've heard some unique versions of Christmas songs that I enjoy (such as Little Drummer Boy by King & Country). My favorite song ever is Silent Night, and I like almost every version I've ever heard. That being said, I'm not listening to Christmas Music yet. It's still early! :-)

Thank you for the prayers Kat Palmiotti , I'm not sure what I've caught but it let's me feel good for a while and then a few hours later WHAM... I'm down again.

The Christian radio station I am affiliated with goes Christmas 24/7 Dec 1st and I'm enjoying it because I am in the spirit for sure. I like Little Drummer Boy as well especially Joan Jett's version.

Bob, I hope you had a great Christmas. My daughter has been home from the hospital this time for almost 5 months.

I did tell you that she had a heart transplant over 2 years ago and has been in and out of the hospital with complications. Being home for this Christmas was huge.

I do remember you telling me that Mike Frazier and what a joy to know that she has been home for 5 months. My heart celebrates with yours! BTW this is the first Christmas my daughter, Tina, has not been home. She is active duty in the Middle East and that is trying to my heart. She is coming home late January or early February.
