Funny how over the last few days Titus & Philemon only found Brownsie annoying but when the reality of separation became real to them then they speak FAIRLY well of him.
Isn't that human nature? We may experience these feelings due to a relational break-up (dating/divorce), separating from the black sheep of the family, a toxic friend, or even a business client that was somewhat of a pain in the ass.
In Titus & Philemon's case we are not
talking about relationships that 
make us cry when they end.
When it comes to Real Estate clients some become life long friends and with others we might mutter under our breath, don't let the door hit you on the butt on your way out.
