Manchester NH Real Estate Market REPORT Feb. 13, 2023. It is the middle of February and it appears the Spring Real Estate Market IS HERE. The weather feels like spring for sure. THE MARKET IS CHANGING AGAIN, Yes you read that right, with a severe shortage of homes listed for sale and a steady amount of buyers, we are seeing lines again for showings and multiple offers on our new listings. 

 

WILL THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY CONTINUE THROUGH OUT THE YEAR? Let me check MY CRYSTAL BALL and see what it says. To be honest, it is impossible to know what will happen alter in the year. I DO KNOW that Spring is the busiest time of year for Real Estate Sales as Listings usually Increase greatly. It is the time we see the greatest amount of Buyers. However, right now the Buyers are here, we just need more homes to sell them. That makes now a GREAT time to List your home and have us SELL it. With so many market changes an Agents experience and skill matters the most. Let me show you there is a difference.

 

WAIT A SECOND - I am also hearing from some sellers who meet with other agents that they are told how slow the market is???? Well for some it is slow. However... for agents like me who do not sit and wait for things to happen, we go out and make things happen. A massive amount of agents are switching brokers. Some getting new jobs and some leaving Real Estate. This is the type of market where experience makes agents shine. Yes, there is a difference.

There are 59 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SOLD 1/1/22 TO 2/13/2022. The average SALE PRICE is $363,246 The average DAYS ON MARKET is 13.
