Time flies & we're having fun incorporating Blogging and many other concepts we are learning here on Active Rain into our growing business of Real Estate SALES !

We still consider ourselves Newbies even after reaching 100,000 points this July 4th!

There is much more to learn, and we are very thankful to numerous individuals who have encouraged us and appreciate all their help along this ongoing journey. The collective think tank of knowledge here certainly qualifies for MENSA.

To commemorate this Milestone, Below is an excerpt from our first Blog post, nearly a year ago!

Jeff & Grace Safrin Broker/Agent of The Month NW Indiana When interviewed for the cover article of BROKER AGENT MAGAZINE (Northwest Indiana Edition) some years ago, Grace wrote this simple poem which was published at the end of the article. We share it again, (it was our first posting to Active Rain on 7/29/07).

It is a daily reminder to us to be thankful for the opportunities we have to serve others in the Real Estate profession.

A REALTORS Prayer.....

Let me dedicate my life today

To the care of those who come my way.

Whether Client's are buying or selling a home or land,

Let me help each one the best I can.

And then tonight, when day is done,

Let me rest in peace if I helped just one.

Hello Duane- and thanks for sharing the comic strip website in your Blog - to me it is harder than it looks - I drew an EKG complex and a Heart - that's all ....but drawing them freehand with a mouse is NEW for me LOL - yours are much better!

Hello again Duane- LOL perhaps I picked a difficult subject for my first drawing then ...any deviation from baseline or abnormal widening of parts of an EKG complex indicates health issues - so I kept having to redraw it until it looked "healthy:)
