I wanted to share this story with other fellow collegues out there about a nice little home I have had listed for nearly a year now.
The home is absolutely quaint. It is located in Palmilla on the Green in the City of Menifee. It is perfect for a couple entering their retirement years. As the listing agent, my clients are absolutely dear. Patiently waiting for a buyer. We had the home in escrow once last year and the buyer's decided they wanted to buy a new home so it fell out of escrow (we all know that painful experience of buyer's changing their mind in the middle of escrow).
After several long months, we had the house in escrow again and the buyer backed out of the deal the day we were scheduled to close..eeek. That one hurt!
But now we have it in escrow again, for the third time! I am really hoping for everyone's sake that the third time is a charm. I am representing the buyer's and they are absolutely lovely. They are moving from Los Angles to our lovely City of Menifee. They say they are more giddy buying this house than they were when they bought their first home over 30 years ago.
Wish us luck and that the third time is our lucky charm. We are scheduled to close soon!
