We have been looking to buy in the Creekside area as it looked like a nice area. However every time we take a drive thru very small kids play all out in the streets and on their small riding toys. No adult in sight. Looks like an accident waiting to happen every time we go thru. What happened to safety and fenced yards? Cars park on opposite sides of road and people running bussiness out of their homes and garages. Mark and I love the small community but worry of it looking run downed fast.

Thank you,

Mark and Sherri

Creekside is a wonderful neighborhood.  I'm not sure where you see kids running around without parent but I can assure you that if people would actually slow down and look instead of driving through the neighborhood at a high rate of speed, that you would see the parents- all of them talking with each other and being very friendly.  As far as the business comment, how would one know that there is a business being run out of a garage?  Please take some time to slow down and look around and you will see that this is an amazing community with people who actually care.  God Bless!

I would like to agree with the above comment about Creekside being a wonderful neighborhood!! I have lived here for several years and have enjoyed it.  The comment about the children is somewhat misleading, yes, kids do sometimes ride their bikes and play basketball in the streets, but with this being the type of residential area that it is, this is permissible.  Just drive the speed limit and the children will let you pass and most parents do keep a close eye on them so please do not worry.  As with any neighborhood, you always have a couple of residents that for whatever reason do not like rules or like to obey the rules, these people are easily spotted, but I can assure you almost every resident obeys the HOA rules, as our HOA is very active and require all to follow the rules, the ones that do not will have liens placed on their property and I can assure you this does take place.  So those people do exist, but hopefully we will run them out of our wonderful neighborhood, because those types are certainly not welcome!!  So i say give us a chance and drive back through, and please stop and talk with the residents and get their comments.  thanks for considering Creekside!

I agree with some of the comments above. I visit my parents 2-3 times a week  to give them a hand at tasks. Streets are not places for kids to play. How many vehicles are allowed per household? The streets are so small and people park in the street instead of garages and drives. Some even park in front of fire hydrants. It looks like a jungle there as none of the empty lots are being maintained. The entry street is very unsafe due to a large truck and trailer that takes up one lane so between that and the high grass/weeds on a curve street, its hard to see safely. They do have a free burger and hot dog gathering.

Does anyone else agree that the house @ 12717 N. 124th (the entry street) is starting to make the entry look bad? They have numerous vehicles and trailers. They are parking in the yard. Screens are off the windows and leaned against the front of the house.....etc.
