Dear Active Rain Members,
What does Active Rain mean to you? What does Active Rain mean to me? Let me answer the 2nd question right away and say that it means the REAL ESTATE WORLD to me! I joined around 4th of July 2006 and was extremely active the first 5 months. I then had personal health issues and work got super busy so I had to be there for myself (health) and for my clients/business partners. I was away for a good 3 months straight and I feel as if I lost my popularity and exposure to new members here on AR. I am writing this blog after midnight and on this early Friday morning as the last NCAA game just ended.
AR Members, I am back for good! I am here to stay. In fact, I have been back for more than a week now but I haven't seen much commenting on my blogs, etc. The Active Rain Mortgage Man is back! The Marketing Guru is back!

GIVING REFERRALS:
Did you know in the past 7 days, I have handed out 5 referrals! Realtor referrals and mortgage referrals! If it wasn't for AR, I wouldn't have been able to refer out my clients. The 5 Active Rain members know who they are and I am happy to give you even more in the near future. The power of internet networking and referrals is strong here on Active Rain.
TAKING REFERRALS:
I receive referrals from realtors still and I really appreciate it. They know that I would immediately send them a referral if anything crossed my desk. I even give out referrals to mortgage professionals. Commercial loans or hard money loans that I can't do will always be referred out to my mortgage professional friends here on AR.
ACTIVE RAIN IN PERSON NETWORKING:
Last night I attended a Chamber of Commerce event with an Active Rain member. I picked him up in my BMW sports car and we were off to network together. Later on today, I have a 3pm appointment with an Active Rain realtor from Norwalk. Active Rain is powerful, it is part of my job on a daily basis. Is it part of yours yet?
