Carole:  This is a cozy cabin so close to the Toccoa River for lots of water fun!  It's a great opportunity for a first time homebuyer.

Makea:  I love the lifestyle here in the mountains.  Friendly people and a true sense of community.

Hi Donna, this is my first try at reciprocity - someone just did it to me and I had no idea why he chose that blog so say nothing about the blog :) Now I know...newbie in training...

BTW, love the video. Do you post on YouTube? I lived in Atlanta 25 years, not sure where McCaysville is but it looks charming.

Sharon: Sounds like you are catching on fast and I know you will do just fine.  McCaysville is about 10 miles out of Blue Ridge.  It's on the Georgia, Tennessee line, once in Tennessee, the town is called Copperhill.  It's a quaint little town with great people and a genuine sense of community.  Thank you for the comment about the video.  I'm learning a lot very fast.  Seems like I'm always chasing technology and can never quite catch up.

What a charming place! Are those cabinets Georgia Pine? I live seeing architecture of other regions of our country.

Hi Donna, thought I would mosey on over and see what's happening in your neck of the world...  and wow what a pleasant surprise...  you've done a great job showcasing your listings and area with video's around the mountains with Donna.  I've been reading all the different videos for a bit now but am still in the dark...  Was also glad to read about your two new additions – they are adorable little spaniel pups…

Mike:  Using video is great fun but still lots to learn.  Thanks to Active Rain once againg for opening up a new door.

Colleen:  You have a keen eye!  This really is an adorable cabin and will be a great starter home with a huge yard and a stone's throw from the river.

Pamela:  I'm having great fun with video but it's a lot of work !  A lot of work!  I'm sure as I learn more from the pros on Active Rain, it will become much more streamlined.  My pups bring a new energy to my home.  They are a real joy.

Wow, you use Zipvo?  I just ran into this recently on MLbrodcast.com... It's a videocasting service for realtors that I've been considering.  Have you heard of it or do you use it too?

Jason/Amber:  Haven't heard of MLSbroadcast until your comment.  I will check it out.  I really do like zipvo.  It seems to be very easy to use and when I saw it advertised on AR, I knew it must be something good and it is.

Ryan:  It is on You Tube but the quality really suffered as it has on any of the hosting sites that I'm using.  But it's still worth putting video on You Tube, I think.

Michelle:  You are very kind.  Thank you much.

Tracy: Zipvo is "Free" !  and very easy to use.  I have so much to learn but this was a great site to get started.  As I improve, I'm sure I will find myself looking for sites that offer more such as Mixpo.  I just need to learn a lot more first.  Having a ball with it.

Pat:  I do love log cabins, I guess it shows.  Being in a log cabin during fall and winter is the best with a cozy fire and the warm log or pine tongue and groove wood, especially when it snows.  I'm so glad Fall is here now and leaves are starting to turn.  Can't wait to get out and video some great sights.  Thank you so much for visiting my posts and I appreciate your comments very much.

Donna-Anytime, I'd love to live in a log cabin and I love the water as well. That would definitely be paradise. Look forward to seeing your fall colors in videos. I got to get out there myself. The time just goes by so fast.
