NC Foreclosure Flood Gates Have Burst!

By
Real Estate Agent with eRealty Inc.

Well, after 8 years of helping investors find flips, rentals and lease purchases I thought I knew it all...let's just say things have changed today!

The past several months, there have been some choices for "decent" deals, but my daily search of MLS foreclosures is now yielding at least 50 homes a day in the surround areas of Raleigh, Durham and the greater Triangle.

This news story caught my eye today...it all makes sense now  http://www.wral.com/business/story/3378371/

Can you imagine, just since June foreclosures are up 24%!

One out of every 936 homes is having foreclosure paperwork filed!

eRealty is here to help sellers looking for a way to save their credit.  We do have a partnership with a short sale negotiator.  We also have a database of over 100 investors looking to purchase properties for many reasons.  They all don't want to steal a deal!

Buyers who really want a savvy viewpoint on purchasing your next home or an investment are required to sit down and talk...before you hit the leather in our cars!  We care about your plans for the future too!

Our team is accepting new clients locally and also can package deals for investors from other areas who'd like to purchase in the Raleigh, Durham area.  Drop us a line...

Wow, Erica, I am surprised that foreclosures are up that much in our area. It is time to really talk to buyers before they're in the car, as you said.
