Some of the most beautiful things in life are free...

These little things that we sometimes ignore in passing in our busy day to day routines.

Just a reminder to appreciate the seemingly common beauty that surrounds us as we go about our days.

Appreciation of the beauty around you is a quick and easy way to bring yourself back into the present moment.

These are blown up images of little pieces of beauty that we can capture everyday if we just take a few seconds to observe the world around us.

I sure hope everyone enjoys these pictures as much as I have.

No, they were taken by a retiree who travels around from place to place. I found them while I was searching for an beautiful picture to use as my screen saver. These are only a few of his fabulous shots. However, I am inspired by his photos; I'm even thinking to go out and try to capture some shots like these on my own. The ladybug crawling on the leaf is fabulous looking almost UN-real, but that would be one of the common little things you could run across if you were looking. I love those butterflies too. Check this one out....I am using this as my screen saver. It is kind of huge though. This one looks so fresh and pure...
