I can see a little slotted in open store front near the check out counter, complete with flyer's, brochures, and computer terminals hooked up to the MLS system, just sit down and search.

Oh by the way, if you want us to, we will put your house in the MLS for $100, just bring in digital pictures and fill out this simple input form and your on the way.
Showings? oh you will have to do that, if they want to see your house they will call you,
Signs? no problem we will sell you one of these disposable plastic models, if it sells just throw it in the recycle bin, its made of re-cycled Wal Mart plastic bags.
Security? yes we will sell you this combo lock for $25,
Pre-qualified buyer? sure just have them step over to the branch bank and apply,
Contract? for $25 we sell you this blank contract, if you get an offer just fill this out, but be very careful there are a lot of things in there that can cause you to lose money or get sued!
What to do with it? oh, just take it to the Wal Mart Title Company and they will take care it from there, for a state regulated fee of course.
Seller disclosure? yea its required, sure, we have copies for $5.00, just fill it out and keep copies available at your house, it will cost $50 extra to put it on the MLS with the pictures.
Copies, yes we do that for 25 cents per page,
Photos, yes we have a photographer who will come out and do 10 picutes of the house for $50
Virtural tour, sure the same photographer will do that for you for $150, but you will need to pay the clerk over there to put it in the MLS for you, that is $50 extra.
Web site? Sure just go to WalMart.com it has everything!
Can other agents sell your home? sure if you let them to but they will expect to get paid, of course.
