You keep mentioning the 10.25% sales tax, it sound like you need to find a new city to live in :-) If you ever need a good agent, I know one in Wheaton! Our sales tax is 7.25%, but your property taxes will definately go up. I guess no place is perfect.

Haha, I know, I need to get over it, huh? I am still under the illusion that one day they'll come to their senses and get us back down in the single digits....
