SOME DAYS YOU GET CHICKEN, SOME DAYS YOU GET FEATHERS...

Can you believe I have heard this phrase twice in the last three days. In two different scenarios. One Real Estate related and one personal. Seems like in my Real Estate career I have been getting a lot of feathers lately. You sit onsite part time and not one visitor stops by and that does tend get kind of discouraging. And on the other hand you finally get a "Buyer Client" and get to the fianl search and they are still dragging their feet. Maybe theirs something in the air... or maybe they have been watching too much TV!!! All I can say is: I'm ready for some Chicken!!!

Nance: When you find some of that CHICKEN can you please send some up my way? Last week I was working with a buyer and now I think the buyer may be missing (or dragging their feet)!

Buyer behavior has been very, very fickle around here.  I'd be doing quite well with my AR blog if only 1/4 of the people who contacted me from AR would actually DO something. Most seem to be looking for excuses not to perform.  We need to remember that buyers need to be ready, WILLING and able. I'm getting ready and able - but the WILLING part seems to be sorely lacking.

Well as soon as the chicken arrives, let's all get together and have a barbeque! LOL  No feathers allowed! :)
