S3 Entertainment Group, a Michigan-based company, is focused on building an infrastructure in the State that can help film and television producers maximize the benefits of the production incentive while having a top quality experience. S3 is based in Ferndale, Michigan along with an office in Los Angeles, California. Being a full-service direct provider of equipment and services to the film production industry, they created a video (below) to bring more awareness to the financial impact of those film producers who have already taken advantage of the film incentives signed into law by Goveror Granholm in April 2008.

Many cities in Michigan are getting on the bandwagon to make it easier to bring film to the area. Rochester and Rochester Hills has created their own website with Royal Oak and Ferndale planning to do the same.
