Bill Ayers and his wife had all federal charges against them dropped.  Apparently there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute.  The statement that three police officers were killed is absolutely false.  NO ONE was killed or injured by their actions, according to the government.  So, given they have been free for many years, do we mete out justice "just because?"  Obama was 8 years old when the Weather Underground was in business.  His association with Ayers was on some advisory boards and one political stint at Ayers home.  He is NOT a pal of Ayers as the right would LOVE to have everyone believe.

Now, why isn't anyone talking about the Keating Five here?

I've noticed a trend on alot of posts lately.......the comments are civilized and great discussion starts to happen and then Nicholas shows up with his hollow, mean spirited comments that hold no credibility and alot of you start responding to him. Why??? Ignore him and maybe he will just go away.

I heard on the radio yesterday that Governor Arnold tried to get CA to adopt Arkansas method of balanced budgeting and was laughed out of the Democratic congress.  Seems problems are getting pretty big at this point....why doesn't someone in the CA Congress use Obama's "Trickle Up Economics" and show the rest of the country how good it works?  That alone would sell me on the guy!

   Here in California our constitution calls for a balanced budget, but we haven't had one for years.  Current estimates are we have something around $8 to $10 billion in the hole.  We have a democratically controlled legislature and senate, and probably one of the most dysfunctional political systems in the country: you think Sarah Palin is a diva wait until you look at our politicians!

Sarah WILL be president sometime within the next three election cycles.

If Obama gets elected this time, she will get elected in four years.

(It took a lousy president like Carter to get us a great one (the greatest in our lifetimes) Reagan.)

If McCain wins, then she'll get it in either four or eight years.

You can underestimate her and "Dan Quayle" her all you want...aint gonna work.
