Steps to Staying Less Stressful

Feeling stressed lately? Over worked or that your life is full of chaos? Well hopefully after reading these simples steps to stay calm during anything stressful you will feel more relieved.

 

  • Make a list of things you need to do in order of importance, making number 1 the number one thing that needs to be done first.
  • If you don't have time to complete all your things for the day or week, just make sure to get through 1-3 at least you will feel a sense of accomplishment if you complete those top 3.
  • During the day take a quick one minute break to just relax, close your eyes, take three long breaths and put yourself at ease.
  • Depending on how you make your list, whether its for the day, week, month or year make sure to always update your list and get ride of the tasks you already took on so you can see your list shorting.

 

So just keep these simple 4 steps in mind to making your day less stressful and chaotic.
