This is my third election to be able to vote in and every time it makes me FEEL like I have just served my country or done my duty. It is a great feeling! Being in Cool Springs Tennessee as I am sure most other communities it also feels good to walk away with a swag bag. After I vote I am now on my way to free coffee, ice cream, doughnuts, and even a massage. It's almost like a holiday that comes once every four years!!
All jokes aside, no matter who you voted for regardless of whether it was or wasn't the person you wanted to win, we now have a new leader. It is now time to support that leader. It is time to pray for him.
Here on Active Rain I am sure that the concerns for the country are all pretty similar such as homeland security, planet conservation, etc... but of course all of us would love to see the Real Estate market turn around. That's where we feel it the most. For some families, if they didn't own a television then they wouldn't even know that the economy was low. For those of us in the Real Estate market we feel it deeply. I hope the next 4 years brings us all prosperity and happiness.
