I just received the December Foreclosure report and in Alpharetta there are 92 home scheduled for Foreclosure. In looking through the Data, the most expensive purchase price was $1,888,596 (purchased in the Year 2000 in Country Club of the South) and the least expensive was purchased for $106,100 in 1996. These homes are scheduled to be sold on the First Tuesday of the Month - these numbers do not include the Forsyth County part of Alpahretta - on a good side I do not see an unusual number of Foreclosures taking place in one neighborhood.
