Lynn Chapman, Showhomes' Director of Field Operations, suggested a great new way for Showhomes home stagers to say thanks to the wonderful Realtors and Brokers who drive our business:

Cookie Bouquets! She had the local Cookies by Design franchise in Nashville design this great gift basket for us:

(I'm guilty of eating the middle cookie before it got very far into the office.....)

And made this one for us to deliver to a real estate office:

Lynn and Patti Poole, the Staging Consultant for the Nashville Showhomes office, dropped the bouquet off at Shirley Zeitin Realtors in Green Hills. The response was great! Check out the amazing detail work on our logo cookie (done by hand):

It was not as expensive as you would think. The bouquet Patti is holding was $35 or so which is amazing when you think about how much handwork went into decorating that cookie. I can't handwrite that well much less ice a cookie!

They look great but I checked their website and a basket like this with 7 cookies is over $55!! They offer one basket called "Houses" specifically for Realtors, and can make a custom cookie as in your photo (but no doubt that added even more to the cost).

Maureen, you might want to talk to the local franchisee. The smaller basket with two house cookies and a dozen fresh ones was $35. The big basket (at top) was $50 or so. I think the small basket works better..

Most locations do not charge for the extra work of a logo cookie.
