Quiet Desperation.....to me this is when your tone, inflection, mannerism's, action's, word's and direction is all about a sale rather than about building a business or what is in the best interest of your Client.
I am sure we have all felt this at some point in our lives. Especially in today's economic issue's leading the evening news each day. When deals for many are few and far between.
It is not easy to get past the feeling when you have a mortgage to pay, car payments to make and children to raise and care for.
We must be vigilant in that we are to always appear that we are in control of our business at all times. That we would rather walk away from a deal (if the Client is in agreement) than give in to any and all demands that are not in our Clients favor Negotiation is the balance that ensures a transaction a Win-Win for all parties.
