Hi Lou - Success rarely comes easy. It's the product of hard work and a lot of nurturing. The result is very satisfying and can lead to other successes. As an educator I often preached this concept to my students; but I also knew I needed to guide them down the road to success. I felt that if I could help my kids be successful they would become more motivated to work harder at it on their own.
