We were out looking at land for a client today. 
The family plans to build three homes on the property they select.
The homes will be placed in a portion of the land. The majority of the land will be conserved.
We have been lucky over the past years to be a part of such conservation real estate stories.

I got to wondering today just how much LAND we have brokered. I am going to back into my records and will let you know. But my guestimate is around 5,000++ acres.
This acreage is to be thoughtfully developed. Smart, eco-friendly, "eco-communities"and family compounds will evolve on that land.
Some of the land will be turned to sustainable farming. There are horese farms planned , as well.
There are many success stories of how this happens that come back to us and make us smile. It is good to be able to be a part of something we love.
