Hi Cheryl-You are so right. I am a collector and I also love to feed and watch them. It's also really fun to watch them take a bath. I would love to touch them. They are so nice and soft. One got caught it's foot caught in my fencing so I had to help it get free otherwise it would have died. You can actually get a bird to eat out of your hand which is really cool.
