Soon we will be back and doing this sort of thing. I personally can't wait for the smell of fresh cut grass and the flowers coming up.
Much nicer to be out cutting the lawn than shoveling snow.
Then we can go and play on the slides as well. These guys look scared to go down. :-)

Spring is getting closer everyday.
Hang in there. It wont be long now. Make it a great day!
I love the pictures! Yes, spring is well on its way! I see more and more showings on my listings. I think 2009 is going to be much better than 2008!
Sherie - Thanks for the comments. Yes buyers are coming out in droves it seems. Maybe this stimulus package will do the trick? Let's see what Obama says on Wednesday.
Robert, here in the Dallas area theres no snow but the trees are starting to show small buds on them and before we know it they'll be green again! Its been a tough fall/winter regardless and I know this will be a good year - because I'm going to make it happen!
Brian.
Brian and Marie - That's the kind of positive attitude that will get us through this market. Buyers are coming out in droves up here and there are many opportunities for them presently. It "Will" ge a great year. I'm sure of it. Thanks for stopping by and the encouragement. Bob H

Hi Bob ~ Good one! Well two actually. These just tickled my funny bone. I have a particular weakness for animals in clothes and have collected vintage books and postcards that feature them. And I didn't realize at first that these are by William Wegman - I love his stuff. Thanks for the fun post.

Elizabeth - Thanks for the kind words. I have been a fan of William Wegman for years ever since I saw his dogs Man Ray and his others on Saturday Night Live way back in the 70's. Now I'm dating myself. thanks again...
