Picking an Agent: Not all agents are the same

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Allstate Insurance

How do you find an agent to work with? Referral, Yellow Pages, Proximity, Age, Sex, Race, Networking group, Friend, Family, etc..

Consider some other perspectives in the interviewing process:

Is the level of service provided equal to or better than your level?  Bottom line, you want the customer's experience to be seen as a positive and a good reflection on YOU.

Claims is the KEY to insurance.  How experienced is your agent in the claims process... More importantly, How does the agent aide the insured through the claims process.  Ask the agent for their claims process.

Proximity may not be an issue in today's world.  Find a team to support your customer and not a single agent office.  No single agent office can provide service to a level of consistancy as a team of professionals.

I could write on this issue much more... The goal of a blog is to get your feed back and provide feedback on what has been successful for you.

We look forward to your perspective.
