REAL ESTATE IS PICKING UP IN CROMWELL CT

As I've mentioned in the past, there seems to be a lot of negativity about real estate. The media generalizes and just comments all the time that it is "BAD". They never say where, just that it is bad. Shame on them!

This blog is to bolster the moral of the members here and the people who live in the area of Cromwell CT, along with the area towns of Berlin CT, Rocky Hill CT, Middletown CT, Glastonbury CT. It isn't all that bad. I've read some blogs where activity is picking up for some.. and I wanted to let you know that yesterday, Friday, this is happening here too.

1) I received a call from a neighbor that is looking to sell their home, and purchase a condo.

2) Another client wishes to sell their home, and purchase two others.

3) Also, received a call about a referral coming into Middletown/Cromwell area looking to buy a home.

It has been stated quiet frequently that this is the time to buy, and people are beginning to see this and are moving on it. So, for anyone else in Cromwell and the surrounding area don't wait... now is the time to buy. I'll also be more than happy to help you with this process.

I can't wait, I know this market is just a couple steps away from becoming hot again. Buyers should be quick to realize too much of a good thing doesn't last for long, and before they know it, it may be gone.

David.. That is very well said, "Buyers should be quick to realize too much of a good thing doesn't last for long, and before they know it, it may be gone." Do you know how much griping we will get when the market does change by these buyers? Here is the response I got years ago. "Why didn't you inform us (meaning the buyers) that the market is changing and we should have bought earlier". David.. what do we have to do here.. hit them over the head? How much clearer can it get.. THE TIME TO BUY IS NOW!!!

Tammy...I've heard nothing but positive news lately. As you know the real estate market is generally ahead of the rest of the country. Since I am seeing things pick up in real estate, the rest of the country will be following suit in about 6 months.

George... There IS good news out there. The media won't report it because it ISN'T bad news which sells papers. This is why I've been saying that people should start thinking for themselves and checking things out.. they can't rely on the media or accurate information about real estate.
