Looking for a Summer Job? Toms River has a few options for you!

It is time to get your job for the summer! But you may want to hurry so you can be at the top of the list!

Toms River Township's Recreation Department is now accepting Job applications for this Summer.

Positions available:

  • Lifeguards
  • Beach Badge Checkers
  • Beach Clean up
  • Beach Security
  • Playground recreation Program Workers
  • ETC...

Applicants are required to be at least 16 years old. Potential applicants can apply at the recreation office: 1810 Warren Point Road, or at Town Hall: 33 Washington Street.

For more information you can call (732) 341-1000 x 8415. The Rec Department is open from 8am-4:30pm Week Days if you want to apply. (Thanks to my daughter for finding this out, I guess she wants a job!)

 

I know I look back at some of the part time jobs I have had prior to graduating college, and there are fond memories from each and every one. Good Luck on your job search, and Have fun once you find one!

LOLOL Hey Robert I grew up on the Jersey Shore...Belmar, Manasquan, and that's what I use to hear all the time from friends that lived out of state like where I live now FL.

Beach Badge Checkers reminder me of the days when they would come around and we would head to the water because of course we snuck on most of the time :-)

Bob, I hear that all the time too!  But we also have some nice Beaches in NJ.... Some one has to keep them clean and pretty!
