100 percent financing again in California. Do tell

I here 100 percent financing is back . Is that true? I'm waiting to here from one of my lenders. I hope it's a good program and doesn't require an unrealistic fico score. Has anyone heard of these programs yet? If so please email me as I would love to here about the latest. Towards the end of last year all my buyers at the time were 100 percent financing buyers. It was great for me since I had a line of buyers.
