Amidst all of the comments about how awful the market is these days, it pays to remember that what is awful for sellers (and perhaps for agents) is great for buyers. I hope they come to the party before the party is over.

Great information. A few years ago it was almost a panic to purchase and people where paying more than the houses were worth. Now people get a chance to think about the biggest purhase of their lives and it's so much easier for everyone. Hope you are busy in Airdrie.
