Hi,

I'm David Kyle and I am one of the most savvy Internet Marketing Professionals on ActiveRain.   I have the Google Advertising Professional certification, and I specialize in helping Realtors with Internet and Search Marketing.  I have been doing Online Marketing in some form or other since 1995, and have acquired much knowledge and experience since then.

I'm a few steps up from your typical Internet Marketing company due to the fact that I was a Realtor's assistant for 3 years, and am currently a licensed agent today.   I know what it's like to be a Realtor, and therefore know exactly what one needs when it comes to Internet and Search Marketing.

There are a lot of scams designed to take advantage of a Realtor's lack of Internet knowledge, and I am here to try and put a stop to that.   

My SEO style is 100% transparent.   With me, there are no secrets, no proprietary information, and there is definitley no magic!  My goal is of course to get results, but also to educate and inform. 

I possess extraordinary Analytical and Quantitative Skills, which is due to the fact that I have Asperger Syndrome. AS is classified in the "Autistic Spectrum."  It is technically a "neurobiological disorder", but I just like to say I'm "wired" differently.   

I have lived a life of ethics, honor, and community service; and they are very important to me. I was active in the Boy Scouts of America since 3rd grade, and attained the rank of Eagle Scout at age 16.  I am an alumnus of The Citadel, which is known for it's strict honor code, and developing leaders in a disciplined, academic environment.

Why did you become a Realtor ?

I was hired as a consultant for a real estate firm in Charlotte.  I really liked what I saw, and also learned that the average Realtor in Charlotte was clueless when it came to Internet Marketing.  I was also curious how becoming a Realtor would make me "ethical" considering I spent 5 years at The Citadel

Abnormally high visual pattern intelligence and a knack for logic and deductive reasoning.  Search Engine Algorithms are all about LOGIC and PATTERNS!

A lot of Active Rain members blog about SEO and Internet Marketing, yet I find a lot of conflicting information?  Which Active Rain members  are right?

Indeed. There are so many that spread SEO disinformation on here it makes my head spin.  Very few AR members have displayed they truely have grasped the concept, and aren't just quoting things they read elsewhere.  I recommend you reading the blogs and introducing yourself to:
