My husband and I began looking for our retirement home in the Northeast San Francisco Bay area in June of 2006. We live in the Seattle area so I spent hours and hours on the internet looking at listings through a number of agents. When I began dealing with Gene Reimenschneider through his site, I was amazed at the number of listings he sent on a daily basis compared to the other Realtors. Gene Riemenschneider made it easy. Not having any extra time ourselves, Gene took charge and exceeded any expectations we had. Our requirements were extremely high ... higher than our budget. We worked with 4 or 5 other realtors prior to Gene, and all gave up in just a day or two.
