My husband and I began looking for our retirement home in the Northeast San Francisco Bay area in June of 2006. We live in the Seattle area so I spent hours and hours on the internet looking at listings through a number of agents. When I began dealing with Gene Reimenschneider through his site, I was amazed at the number of listings he sent on a daily basis compared to the other Realtors. After a few phone calls, I decided that he would be my agent, sight unseen.

In September I flew down from Seattle intent on finding a home. On our first outing I think we looked at 20 houses. A typical day of looking for us was 8-10 houses. We looked at least 4 days a week. Gene Riemenschneider made it easy. Not having any extra time ourselves, Gene took charge and exceeded any expectations we had. Our requirements were extremely high ... higher than our budget.
