Mary negotiated through 5 offers for us until we found our ocean view home in 2007. We were in a Seller's market and we kept making bids over asking 15,000.00 to as much as 35,000.00. Sometimes we were the highest bidder and we would lose for terms,seller's decisions or Mary would advise us that it was not a good purchase. She would tell us to be patient and wait. We were so tired of looking we were about to give up on our Palos Verdes Ocean View Property and settle for a nice remodel with no view.
Mary kept telling us the perfect home for us would show up. She was right and show up it did. Mary knew the market, we made an offer sight unseen.
