Dalton Built Homes is used to delivering a custom product that is not replicated. If you have an idea for a design even if it is on so much as a napkin, it's enough for us to turn that idea into your dream home! We have spent years helping customers find a home that fits their every need. There are many builders in central Kentucky that build a very nice home, but will not step out of there list of plans to do so for some customers. We carry no in-house plans and cater to those who want to be creative with their design.
Our new construction background falls mainly in the high-end custom home building market. However, we also specialize in remodeling. Many of our projects are documented on our Facebook page. We have completed full room additions, pool houses, kitchen remodels and even master bath remodels. People have many needs that their home must fullfill and we are happy to help customers get the most out of what they already have as well!
Dalton Built Homes has been building and remodeling Lexington Kentucky's finest homes for nearly 40 years. Former projects include neighborhoods such as Hartland, Greenbriar, Firebrook, and Enclave.
