As an experienced loan officer and licensed financial advisor, I have too often seen the results of poor, or no, planning in a home purchase.  Families struggling to get by because their mortgage payment is too high, college and retirement savings delayed or are not implemented, and overall quality of life is adversely affected.

I have one mission: To ensure that my client's largest single purchase is in harmony with their overall financial plan.  I want to ensure that their home is the bedrock of a solid financial future.  I welcome the opportunity to work with my client's other advisors; their CPA and/or financial and estate planner.
